Tangerine Tango in Strata

This is a detail of a recent painting, manipulated with Instagram.

Pantone has released their Fall color trends and I see their color of the year, "Tangerine Tango" is still "in" for fall. I must say most of the colors they've predicted don't seem very fall-like to me. I do seem to have hit on a few with this painting - I've at least gotten close to Tangerine Tango and Honey Gold.

I had a headache all day yesterday and am a bit behind on things like email and .. oh, life. So I think I will keep this post short and sweet.
