yesterday was cold and i mostly sat up in bed and painted and knitted while listening to an audio book. that's the nice thing about being living alone, you can paint in bed. while snacking and piling up drifts of books and there's no one to complain about it.

Sounds warm and cozy. I am reminded of when i was single and did the same kind of thing. I just noticed that we have a connection of sorts. A favorite of yours, "Indigo Crane," Anna Katherine, is the daughter of an acquaintance of mine who lives here In Columbia, SC. ...Small world isn't it?
It is indeed a small world, Mardi! I worked with Anna Katherine for years. I still get to see her from time to time. And I love her scarves. I've only got 4! I understand her mother is as artistic as she is!
